Sr. Program Strategy and Operations Director

Enveda Biosciences seeks a senior program strategy and operations leader to serve as strategic partner to asset entrepreneurs driving drug development programs. This remote role combines operational oversight, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level strategic analysis to accelerate the progression of natural-molecule-inspired medicines from discovery to patients.

Responsibilities

• Partner strategically with Asset Entrepreneur to anticipate program inflection points and model backup/expansion scenarios
• Own end-to-end program execution, identify obstacles, and coordinate across functions and CRO partners
• Synthesize scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational data into analytical insights and executive recommendations
• Maintain disciplined documentation, dashboards, and trackers to ensure informed decision-making and alignment
• Contribute institutional learning by documenting benchmarks, best practices, and program learnings

Requirements

• Strategic thought partnership and program management experience in biotech or pharmaceutical development
• Demonstrated ability to operate as COO-equivalent for complex, multi-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical and modeling skills for clinical development scenarios and decision-making
• Experience translating scientific and regulatory complexity into executive communications
• Proficiency with program management tools, dashboards, and operational documentation systems
• Founder or entrepreneurial mentality with bias toward execution and rapid problem-solving

Compensation: $275,000-$300,000
