Chef de Cuisine

Be.Steak.A - a Michelin Recognized restaurant - Italian influenced Steakhouse with an award winning wine list and great reputation in the Bay Area seeks a qualified Chef De Cuisine / Sous Chef to round out the back of house team. We run with Executive Chef, Andrew Thai + CDC + Sous Chefs + Jr. Sous's. We have high end refined dining with proper service and a seasoned staff. As a CDC, you would be working with the team to oversee service, menu development, managing costs and organizing the kitchen. You would be opening or closing the restaurant. We are open for 10 service shifts and run a Sunday Grand Buffet with many options. You should have comparable experience in a refined dining environment. You should love all things food, wine and liquor. You should love hospitality and people and be proud of the team you curate. You should be current in what is happening in food and have a passion for sexy food. You should also be local to apply, although it is not out of the question for us to fly people in for a working interview should your resume fit us well. Please apply with resume.
