Quality Control Manager

Quality Control ManagerOculus Group is partnering with a well-established precision manufacturing company in the Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin area to identify an experienced Quality Control Manager. This is a direct-hire leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong quality systems, partnering with manufacturing teams, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.Responsibilities:Lead the site's Quality Management System (ISO 9001).Oversee internal and external quality audits.Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Partner with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to improve quality performance.Lead supplier and customer quality initiatives.Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation.Analyze quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Coach and develop members of the Quality team.Support root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.Qualifications:3+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.Experience leading audits and managing CAPA.Experience with supplier quality and customer quality.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing experience will also be considered.Preferred Experience:Precision ManufacturingCNC MachiningMetal FabricationMechanical AssembliesSupplier QualityPPAPCompensation & Benefits:$130,000-$150,000 annual salaryMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysLife InsuranceDisability CoverageTuition ReimbursementEmployee Assistance ProgramEqual Opportunity EmployerOculus Group and our client are Equal Opportunity Employers.
