Dependable Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home health care to patients throughout North and East Las Vegas .

Your Role and Impact

Perform in-home physical therapy evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Help patients improve mobility, safety, strength, and functional independence
Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support recovery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

What You Bring

Active Nevada Physical Therapist license
Home health experience preferred
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
