Role Description The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, promoting Body Works By Joel’s advanced therapy services, and supporting business development efforts. This full‑time, on‑site role in Mesa, AZ includes identifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to prospective clients and partners, and maintaining a pipeline of leads. The Account Executive will schedule and coordinate consultations, follow up on inquiries, and ensure clients have a clear understanding of available services and treatment options. They will collaborate closely with the therapy team to align client expectations, track client satisfaction, and support retention and referral initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, preparing basic sales reports, and contributing ideas to improve marketing messages and client communication. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, including building trust, active listening, and maintaining long‑term accounts. Experience with sales or business development activities such as prospecting, lead nurturing, and closing service‑based offerings. Strong communication abilities, including clear verbal explanations, professional email and phone etiquette, and confident in‑person interaction. Organizational skills in scheduling, prioritizing tasks, tracking follow‑ups, and maintaining accurate documentation or CRM entries. Interest in or exposure to health, wellness, therapy, or related service industries, with the ability to learn basic concepts of advanced therapy solutions. Comfort working on‑site in a client‑facing environment in Mesa, AZ, with a professional and compassionate demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team, taking initiative and adapting to changing client needs.
