Foreman (Crew Lead) – Manassas We are hiring a Foreman (Crew Lead) to lead a high‑performance crew, coordinate tasks, and keep projects on track on time and budget. Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment. Assess job site conditions and develop plans based on time, tools, and order of work. Assign duties to crew and supervise work to meet company standards. Install products and services with support of national team of professionals. Troubleshoot and innovate solutions to meet timetables. Provide superior customer service onsite. Ensure final documentation is complete and accurate. Train installers and co‑foreman on the job. Drive company vehicle to and from job sites daily. Qualifications Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team. Experience leading crews or small teams. Basic construction or mechanical knowledge. Valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license. Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs.; lift, push, pull, or carry objects and maintain good manual dexterity. Walk and stand for extended periods and perform strenuous physical labor. Use abdominal and lower back muscles for extended periods without fatigue. Require good visual acuity and reading ability of reports and computer screens. Excellent stamina. #J-18808-Ljbffr
