Physician owned and led multispecialty group with over 30 providers in the group. Specialties include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and OBGYN. This is an outpatient only primary care role.

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 5:00. Each provider has 1 dedicated MA. On call 1:17 weeks phone only. The goal is 20-25 patients per day. During ramp up, schedule 1 patient per hour. The group uses Athena EMR and is growing their Medicare Advantage foothold. Patients of all ages with a panel size of 1,500.

Compensation and Benefits: Base salary plus bonuses. $20,000 Sign-On bonus. Two-year salary guarantee then production. Up to $20,000 year in bonuses in addition to guarantee. Total compensation for PCP is $300,000. Shareholders offered (average $35,000 a year additional income). Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance. Benefits include health-dental-vision-long term disability. 20 days PTO. Retirement 401k with 100% match up to 4%.
