Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license with ICU specialization
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an ICU setting
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
• Adaptability to high-stress and fast-paced situations
• Familiarity with electronic health records and modern ICU equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any clinical changes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, adhering to protocols
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and their families, providing emotional support throughout their ICU experience
• Maintain infection control standards and prioritize patient safety at all times

$1,975 - $2,089/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
