Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to join their team. As an Inside Sales Account Representative, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and strong relationship-building abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inside Sales Account Representative
Location: Seattle, WA (On-site)
What's the Job?
- Manage and update customer account information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
- Handle account requests including setup, maintenance, equipment service, and delivery claims to drive efficient processes.
- Conduct proactive sales and support outreach calls to existing customers, identifying new opportunities.
- Establish and nurture business relationships within the assigned territory to generate new product sales and support growth initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, account management, or related roles in restaurant, coffeehouse, or foodservice sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and report on activities to meet KPIs and sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving.
