This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll be in the business, shaping strategy, influencing outcomes, and directly impacting performance across up to 25 stores.If you’re equal parts strategist, operator, and data-driven storyteller, this is where you make your mark.Location: California & Nevada, must reside within region (Travel Required)Compensation Range: $80,000-$125,000 plus bonus. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
