Investment Associate – Infrastructure Private Equity | New York City Dartmouth Partners is working with a leading global infrastructure private equity firm looking to hire an Investment Associate into its New York investment team. The firm is an established global investor with a strong track record of investing in and growing high-quality infrastructure businesses across North America and Europe. The strategy focuses on identifying compelling investment opportunities across essential infrastructure and businesses benefiting from long-term structural growth themes. This is an opportunity to join a high-calibre, international investment platform and gain significant exposure across the full investment lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with senior investment professionals and management teams, taking meaningful responsibility from an early stage. The role will include: Evaluating new investment opportunities and conducting detailed financial and commercial analysis Building and reviewing financial models, including valuation, returns and scenario analysis Supporting all aspects of transaction execution and due diligence Preparing investment materials and recommendations for Investment Committee Conducting detailed sector, company and market research Working alongside management teams and senior investors on portfolio company strategy and value creation Supporting the sourcing and development of new investment opportunities Candidate profile: We are looking for candidates with approximately 2–3 years of Investment Banking experience, ideally with exposure to Infrastructure, Power & Utilities, Energy Transition, Industrials, Natural Resources, M&A or a similarly relevant sector.
