Licensed Insurance Customer Service

Successful State Farm Agent seeks a qualified professional to join their winning team as a Licensed Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. An active Property and Casualty license is required. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value‐based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role: 1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license. 2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Nashville, TN. This is an in‑office position. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate clients about insurance options Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales Develop ongoing networking relationships Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day Benefits Base Salary plus Commission/Bonus Paid Time Off (vacation and personal/sick days) Retirement Plan Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office Requirements Property & Casualty license (required) Life and Health license (required) Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
