Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a human resources role with generalist responsibilities. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices applicable in the United States. Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Professional HR certification such as PHR, SHRM‑CP, or equivalent. Experience with HRIS platforms, like ADP. Background in employee engagement and organizational development. Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Experience working in a fast‑paced or multi‑site environment. Responsibilities Manage the recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Administer employee benefits programs, payroll coordination, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing counseling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary guidance as needed. Maintain and update HR records, prepare reports on HR metrics, and ensure data accuracy within HR information systems. Support performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
