About the Role

We're looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to join our fast-paced, hands-on fulfillment team. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and excited by trading cards, collectibles, or just love being part of something new and growing, this could be the job for you!

You'll help ensure every card that enters or leaves our facility is handled with care and precision. No warehouse experience? No problem! We provide full training. Just bring your attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Unboxing orders: Carefully open and inspect inbound packages.
2. Scanning & digitizing: Enter cards into our tracking system with accuracy.
3. Assembling: Print and match custom labels for graded cards
4. Welding slabs: Use ultrasonic sealing equipment to finish our signature slabs.
5. Storage: Place finished products in their designated vault bins.
6. Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship outgoing customer orders accurately
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace
8. Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

• Comfort using computers and basic warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift/move packages and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
