What You'll Sell You’ll represent a comprehensive cloud-based platform that helps businesses simplify and manage critical workforce functions, including: Payroll processing and tax compliance HR management and employee records Time and attendance tracking Recruiting and onboarding Benefits administration The Role This is a true hunter role focused on generating new business while growing relationships after the initial sale. The position combines inside sales with face-to-face meetings, giving you the opportunity to build relationships both over the phone and in person. What To Expect Prospect and win net-new business Manage a consultative sales process from outreach through close Expand existing customer relationships after initial wins Travel approximately 10% for client meetings, networking events, and conferences Sales cycle: 30-90 days Typical deal size: $5,000-$15,000 in annual recurring revenue Quarterly quota: $125K-$200K (based on tenure) No quota during your first 60 days to allow for onboarding and ramp-up What We're Looking For Minimum of 6 months of sales experience in any industry Comfortable making outbound cold calls and prospecting daily Driven, resilient, and motivated by performance-based compensation Confident presenting to business owners and decision-makers in person Strong work ethic with a "hunter" mentality Must be able to work from the office five days per week Candidates with backgrounds in high-volume, commission-driven sales environments—such as home services, solar, telecommunications, or similar industries—often excel in this role.
