Client Support Specialist

On a typical day you will: Build meaningful relationships with clients while fulfilling their requests related to the Checkwriters product and payroll services. Handle client issues from start to finish, ensuring effective communication and successful outcomes. Build your payroll and HR knowledge to become a go-to resource for clients and coworkers. Assist clients in processing their payroll accurately and on time. You'll also support their time management, recruiting, onboarding, and provide guidance on all our HR modules. You’ll thrive in this position if you: Enjoy problem solving: you are someone who can take a step back and look at the bigger picture to determine why and how something took place and relay that to others clearly. Are organized and analytical: you can organize multiple tasks by priority, are comfortable working with numbers, and can spot when things “don’t look right”. Are a natural people person: you enjoy making others happy and are willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients and the rest of the Checkwriters team.
