Our Front Desk Staff are the front line of community change in our Y. The ideal candidate for this role can build rapport well with others, enjoys engaging with people of all backgrounds, and has excellent problem-solving skills.Job Duties:Establish meaningful rapport and relationships with membersAdministrative tasks relating to selling & managing memberships, registering people for programs, and assisting members in signing up for classes & pool timeFielding member requests & questions both in the facility and over the phoneOffering and guiding tours of the facilityHandling cash & credit card paymentsEnsure that all who enter the building are checking in with the front deskMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service experience required, at least 2 years preferredStrong written & verbal communication skillsExperience with computers and database platforms requiredBenefits include a free membership to the Y and the opportunity to participate in a 403(b). #J-18808-Ljbffr
