Accounting ManagerSouth Hackensack, New Jersey, United StatesRole & ResponsibilitiesManage monthly close, prepare and present monthly executive reportsManage the company’s financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts, and financial assetsPrepare cash flow forecasts and plansPlan, implement, and supervise the company’s financial strategyManage and support the company’s financial reviews and auditsMaintain proper accounting guidelines and proceduresMonitor daily financial transactionsProvide recommendations to internal business stakeholdersPrepare ad hoc reports as requested by the executive management teamQualifications5+ years of experienceAbility to control and manage teams effectivelyPreferred qualifications include experience with IRS audits, taxation, CPA, and EA (Enrolled Agent), but these are not required
