Carease Health - IL, a nationwide preventative healthcare company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Evanston, Illinois. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our comprehensive preventative care program, incorporating Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Collaborative Care Management (CoCM).
Responsibilities:
- Take vital signs and perform other basic medical procedures as needed
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care and exams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless alignment with facility processes and protocols
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
Requirements:
- Medical Assistant: 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (Required)
- Vital signs: 2 years of experience (Required)
- License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with no weekend work
