Estamos buscando un/a Asistente de Administración de Personal para colaborar con nosotros en el Corredor Vial 41A ¡queremos conocerte! Gestionar el proceso de altas, bajas y modificaciones en T-Registro. Elaborar y administrar contratos del personal. Mantener actualizados los legajos y documentación laboral. Brindar atención y soporte a los trabajadores en obra. Apoyar en el reclutamiento, selección e incorporación de personal. Apoyar en los registros de los tareos diarios del personal de obra Reunir la información que sea necesaria para la elaboración de las planillas Coordinar las inducciones del personal nuevo ingresante para la obra con el Área de SSOMA Formación: Bachiller o Técnico en Administración, Psicología, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial o afines. Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en administración de personal bajo régimen de Construcción Civil . Experiencia en empresas de Construcción o Minería Manejo de T-Registro (altas, bajas y modificaciones). Experiencia en atención al personal en obra (boletas de pago, contratos, consultas laborales y documentación). Manejo de Microsoft Excel a nivel intermedio. Condiciones: Lugar de trabajo: Proyecto ubicado en Ilo, Moquegua. Se valorarán postulantes de Moquegua, Arequipa, Puno, Tacna y zonas aledañas , con disponibilidad para laborar bajo régimen atípico dentro del proyecto. Salario competitivo acorde al mercado. Ingreso a planilla con todos los beneficios de ley. Alimentación y alojamiento cubiertos en obra.
