Seeking a registered nurse to provide complex patient care in various healthcare settings. Responsibilities Include Gathering comprehensive patient data from patients, families, and healthcare team members. Analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses and care needs. Collaborating with patients, families, and team members to set and achieve care goals. Developing and implementing care plans using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices. Ensuring a safe environment, coordinating care, and evaluating progress toward outcomes. Maintaining current knowledge, communicating effectively, and contributing to quality nursing practices. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent. One year of RN experience. Active RN license in the relevant state and required certifications such as BLS, ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or TNCC, depending on location. Physical And Technical Skills Constant communication, standing, walking, and data entry. Frequent lifting, reaching, and vision use. Occasional patient handling and movement.
