With a strong reputation and consistent lead flow, we’re looking for a results‑driven Sales Representative to join our high‑performing team. Position Summary We are seeking a self‑motivated, coachable, and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team. In this in‑home sales role, you will meet with homeowners, provide estimates, and close deals for residential painting and flooring projects. This is a 100% commission‑based position, but includes a 3–6 week paid training period to help you ramp up successfully. Top reps earn $150k+ annually.
