JYL Transportation, Inc. offers a job that combines pay, benefits, and flexibility. As a Van Monitor for JYL Transportation, you will receive fair pay, necessary benefits, and the flexibility to earn extra money on the side, run errands, or go home to relax.

What We Offer:

• Starting rate is $18/hr, increasing to $18.54 as of August 24th
• Potential for full time hours
• Shifts between 6:00am-8:00pm (exact hours depend on assigned route)
• Run errands or pick up hours as a ride share driver in between (not with company vehicle)

• Paid classroom and on-the-job training

Requirements:

• Age 19+
• Ability to pass a background check, CORI & SORI

What You'll Be Doing:

• Monitor clients' behavior to provide appropriate guidance, feedback, and direction when necessary.
• Safely assist clients as needed. This includes helping them enter and exit the vehicle, using the vehicle's lap and shoulder belts, and safely securing them in car seats and booster seats.
• Communicate effectively and clearly in English with clients, parents, program staff, and JYL staff.
