• Current, active BCBA certification
• Proven experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in school settings

• Capacity to mentor and supervise colleagues, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and paraprofessionals
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements for special education

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Oversee implementation of behavioral programming, providing guidance and training to staff
• Monitor student progress using data-driven methods and adjust interventions as necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Provide professional development and coaching to school staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed reports on behavioral outcomes
