Overview Sr. Director, Financial Operations (AR & AP) $170,000 – $215,000 + Bonus Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day AR & AP operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Support month-end close, reporting, and audit processes Drive process improvements and help standardize workflows across teams Partner with IT and Finance on systems optimization and automation efforts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of finance or accounting leadership experience, including AR & AP oversight Experience working in complex, multi-entity environments (B2B, distribution, or manufacturing preferred) Strong ERP experience (Oracle or similar systems) Hands-on leader with a process improvement mindset and ability to drive change #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
