Operations Support Coordinator - Urodynamics - Days

Hourly Pay Range: $26.61 - $39.92 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Lisle, IL
• Full Time - 40 hours
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
• Required Travel: no

What You Will Do:

• Under the guidelines of the nursing management team, the Operations Support Coordinator in the Urodynamic office is accountable for the smooth operation of the unit. Work on prior authorizations, insurance verification and assisting the front desk team with patient registration, phone calls, and etc.

What You Will Need:

• Associate degree required
• Three years of experience in administrative support, scheduling, operations coordination required
• IT and computer program knowledge
• Experience patient relation and customer service
• Collaboration with supporting specialty departments
• Expertise with Obstetric Department equipment use, maintenance and acquisition
