Technical Business Analyst

Job Title Technical Business Analyst Location Atlanta, GA (Locals Only) Duration 6+ Months Contract Scope of Work This role is the subject matter expert and the go-to for troubleshooting resources for Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud. The role integrates complex analytical and technical capabilities within our Salesforce and Marketing Cloud instance, troubleshoots ongoing technical and data integration issues, manages UAT, and spearheads adoption and enablement for functional users—including a diverse group of both technical and non‑technical staff in the business unit. Technical Systems And Tools Frequently Utilized Include Salesforce CRM Marketing Cloud IT Business Management Miro Microsoft 365 suite Responsibilities Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of more complex Salesforce issues. Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards, including use of cross‑filters and custom report types. Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features such as Cloud Pages to support digital communication needs and data capture workflows. Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions. Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, including troubleshooting list/segment issues and automation behavior. Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Salesforce Certified Administrator Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non‑technical teams Exceptional problem‑solving skills with a strong comfort level working in Salesforce Project Management experience, including requirements writing and review, flow and process diagramming, and wireframing Understanding of Salesforce technical skills, including AppExchange, data management, reports and dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or other similar CRM systems Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist #J-18808-Ljbffr ADPMN Inc
