Hours: Evenings and weekends are preferred, but you are welcome to schedule daytime hours and supplement with more desirable times. After 3:00 p.m. and weekends are in demand. Ideal candidates can offer these times consistently.

A minimum of 20 direct client hours is needed per week. Office staff work typical 9-5 business hours, andclinicians can work any day or time.

Where: Brecksville, Ohio. In person is preferred and in demand. Upon hiring, the expectation is that the in-person telehealth ratio is 80/20 but is negotiable upon request.

What would make me stand out as an applicant? You’re well rounded, trauma informed, familiar with The Cole Centers’ mission, a critical thinker, self-reflective and mindful on and off the clock. Ideal candidates possess an openness to learn, are collaborative, and want to become a valuable part of our Cole Center team.

Qualifications? LPC/LSW/LMFT at a minimum. Experience with couples therapy, marriage and family work, EMDR, or children and teens. Supervision for non-independently licensed clinicians is available at a 10% rate of session reimbursement

Our team is committed to ongoing personal and professional growth and ethical standards. Being a clinician is a privilege, and we want to support clinicians in doing their very best work.

To ensure new team members are a good fit, we have a rigorous hiring process; including completing and conceptualizing a case and devising a treatment plan. There will also be multiple rounds of interviews with our owners, supervisors, and clinical staff.

Job Types: Full-time (at least 20 direct client hours)

• Furnished offices
• All billing and insurance credentialing taken care of by administration
