Qualifications:

• Current and active Colorado SLP License with CDE credentials
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
• Dedication to professional ethics and ongoing development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in both group and individual formats
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as a valued team member
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education relevant to school-based SLPs
