Financial Aid Secretary
Waynesburg University
Waynesburg University is seeking a full-time Secretary position for the Financial Aid Office at the Waynesburg campus. Candidates must possess a high school degree or GED and three years of professional experience. Excellent computer and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and project a positive, client-friendly public image are all necessary. Previous work experience in a financial aid or higher education setting preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Demonstrated ability to use computerized systems such as Microsoft Office and perform the duties in the Secretarial job description required.
