Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Delta Township seeking Maintenance Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and restore equipment operation promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with preventive maintenance (PM) programs and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., welding, HVAC, hydraulics).
• Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
