Job Description
System One is assisting a Tulsa company with a search for a Senior Accountant. The successful candidate will work with others who excel in their areas of expertise. This is a full-time, onsite role with competitive benefits and bonus potential. Responsibilities:
- Track capital project activity and monitor spend versus budget, flagging variances
- Prepare and record monthly capital-related accruals and support monthly close
- Reconcile construction-in-progress activity and support moves to fixed assets upon project completion
- Partner with operations/business leaders to answer capital questions and support annual capital budgeting
- Support audits and provide documentation related to capital projects and fixed assets
- 3+ years of experience in accounting with experience in project, capital, or fixed asset accounting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets and reconciliations
- ERP experience
- Detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively with both accounting and operations teams
- Strong work ethic with a great attitude
Salary: $80K - $100K
