Salary up to $300,000

A growing healthcare network in North Carolina is seeking two Board Certified Dermatologists to serve as Regional Medical Directors overseeing dermatology services across a 10 clinic region.

This role combines clinical dermatology with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to guide dermatology program development, mentor providers, and expand access to dermatologic care within a multi clinic system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for dermatology services across multiple clinics
• Establish clinical protocols and dermatology standards of care
• Support and advise primary care providers on dermatologic conditions
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions including skin cancers and chronic skin disorders
• Perform dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy
• Assist with dermatology program development and service expansion
• Mentor and support dermatology providers and advanced practice clinicians
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient access to specialty care

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Dermatology
• Active North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Leadership or medical director experience preferred
