Shift Lead | Skyline Chili | Springhurst (Louisville) Location: Louisville, KY, 40241 Job Description Skyline Chili is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to lead our team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently. As the Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests while maintaining smooth and profitable cafe operations. Responsibilities Performs supervisory duties and follows procedures to ensure operational standards are maintained Ensures safe work environment for their team and follows Skyline procedures including minor laws Leads and demonstrates Skyline Time to guests and team members Supervises team and prepares food to ensure quality of food is being monitored and served to all guests Cleanliness standards are being met and WIN method is top of mind throughout the shift Helps in the control of cash, food, and labor Performs all functions of a production team member and can properly train a team member on a new task or position Participates in team meetings and manager meetings, as well as any other task needed Is Faithful, Available, and Teachable Understands Guest Service in the Dining Room and Drive-Thru High Awareness of the entire restaurant Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Shift Leader in a restaurant setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
