The Role

Community Medical Services (CMS) is looking for a Clinic Manager to run the day-to-day at our West Allis clinic - supporting people on their recovery journey from opioid and substance use disorders. What You'll Actually Do

• Hire, train, and guide your patient services team and supervisors
• Set staffing levels based on patient needs, workflow, and clinical demands
• Spot and de-escalate patient concerns before they become bigger problems
• Partner with Quality and Compliance to keep the clinic aligned with state and federal requirements
• Keep patient flow and care coordination running smoothly
• Set KPIs for customer service and model what excellent patient care looks like
• Manage outside agency inspections and help navigate audits or corrective plans (CARF, OBHL, RHBA, state, DEA, fire, and alarm)
• Work with your Clinical Coordinator on grievances, appeals, and complaints from clients or oversight agencies

Requirements

What You'll Need

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years in behavioral health or health services preferred
• Prior supervisory experience or experience leading a team - required
