Program Manager - Energy & Power

As a Program Manager in Energy & Power, you will lead multidisciplinary complex programs, acting as the primary contact with the client and managing all aspects of program delivery to meet scope, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements. Travel This role requires extensive travel of at least 50% Responsibilities Clarify the program’s vision and strategy and prioritize efforts accordingly. Manage external client and stakeholder expectations, ensuring work is completed on‑time and within budget and coordinating with related programs and projects. Coordinate or oversee design, construction, and readiness activities with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Lead interdisciplinary teams, providing guidance and review during development of deliverables. When necessary, coordinate with regulatory agencies and act as liaison between clients and other agencies. Mentor staff and foster an environment that embraces innovation and open exchange of ideas. Assist with proposal development, participate in interviews and presentations, and work collaboratively with Sales teams. Take an active role in industry trade organizations, including presentation of papers, publications, and committee service. Partner with the Global Program Management team on leadership best‑practice initiatives. Qualifications Relevant four‑year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; graduate degree a plus. Substantial experience leading large‑scale programs. Proven experience managing Energy & Power programs with varying degrees of technical, financial, strategic, team, and stakeholder complexity. Direct experience leading a program controls team, responsible for planning, baseline scheduling, and cost controls. Understanding of capital programming, technical design and construction oversight, program delivery, commercial management, health and safety, and other key disciplines necessary for complex programs. Experience with a variety of delivery methods, including Delivery Partner, Design‑Build, Design‑Bid‑Build, and Public‑Private Partnerships / AFP. Ability to articulate complex concepts and demonstrate extensive experience in partnership‑building, agency coordination, and program management. Preferred Qualifications Registered Professional Engineer, PMP, PgMP, or equivalent. Experience with program governance and various program management organizational models. Technical expertise in one or more areas of Energy & Power. Experience collaborating with stakeholders and end users. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $144,600.00 to $189,825.00, determined by work location and individual factors such as skillset and experience.
