Machine Operator – Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:45 PMThis role operates production machinery in a small, hands-on manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality output, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:45 PM, with overtime as needed. The role involves operating machinery, using cutting and measurement tools, inspecting materials, lifting 50+ lbs, standing for extended periods, and occasionally climbing ladders. The facility emphasizes safe manufacturing practices, organized workspaces, and consistent adherence to established procedures.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
