Industrial Maintenance MechanicCACI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to provide essential mechanical support to Navy operations by managing equipment maintenance, repairs, and material handling. This position ensures that all mechanical work complies with Navy standards and procedures.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment and systems, including CNC machines, hydraulic machinery, PLCs, and electrical systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues to ensure optimal equipment performanceOrder and manage spare parts and materials required for repairs and maintenanceMaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activitiesEnsure all mechanical work is performed in accordance with Navy safety and operational standardsPerform welding projects and rebuild water pumps as neededConduct preventive maintenance (PM) on machines and general plant maintenanceQualifications:Required:Troubleshooting skillsMechanical background with experience in facilities maintenance and industrial machine repairAbility to read technical drawings and schematicsAbility to use hand and power toolsCurrent forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon assignmentStrong attention to detail, accountability, and adherence to Navy safety and operational proceduresAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearanceDesired:Experience as a Machinist or ProgrammerExperience with Automotive / Engine repair and maintenanceAn active DoD Secret ClearanceWelding experienceThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.Minimum Required Hourly Wage: $28.79There are a host of other factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographical location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
