We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our Boise Construction team. As a key player at Schell Brothers, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our production team, ensuring flawless execution and homeowner satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead with Excellence: Manage and inspire our production team to deliver top-notch homes and communities. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in residential construction management. 7+ years of proven success in residential construction, with a strong grasp of cost control and project management.
