Senior Executive Director Position Specification Reports To: Regional Executive Director Classification: Full-Time, Exempt Company Overview Briggs Home Care LLC provides high-quality, non-medical in-home care (a.k.a. Companion Care) services that enable older adults to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Executive Director to lead multiple Briggs Home Care agencies through operational excellence, exceptional customer service, profitable growth, and outstanding leadership. This position is responsible for every aspect of performance across two or more home care agencies, including operations, financial results, caregiver recruitment and retention, marketing, sales, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, leadership development, and organizational growth. Position Summary The Senior Executive Director serves as the senior operational leader for multiple Briggs Home Care agencies and is fully accountable for the operational, financial, and strategic success of each assigned location. This individual provides leadership and direction to the Executive Directors and agency leadership teams, ensuring consistent execution of company standards while driving profitable growth, operational excellence, outstanding client satisfaction, and exceptional caregiver engagement across every assigned agency. The successful candidate must possess extensive experience successfully managing and growing non-medical in-home care agencies. Deep expertise in private-duty home care is required. Core Responsibilities Provide executive leadership for two or more Briggs Home Care agencies. Directly supervise, coach, and develop the Executive Directors of assigned agencies. Establish consistent operational standards, best practices, and performance expectations across all assigned agencies. Drive revenue growth and profitability across the assigned portfolio of agencies. Allocate leadership attention and resources to maximize agency performance. Develop future Executive Directors and other emerging leaders. Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional caregivers and leadership teams. Ensure outstanding client satisfaction and caregiver satisfaction. Oversee scheduling, staffing, utilization, and operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies. Prepare and manage operating budgets and P&L performance for multiple agencies. Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance. Represent Briggs Home Care professionally throughout the communities served. Develop and oversee annual marketing and business development plans for each agency. Coordinate marketing and business development initiatives across multiple agencies while preserving strong local market presence. Build referral relationships throughout the healthcare continuum. Personally conduct high-level sales calls and community outreach. Evaluate marketing ROI and implement improvements. Increase market share through measurable sales and marketing initiatives. Ensure consistent execution of Briggs Home Care brand standards. Required Qualifications Minimum seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in non-medical home care. Demonstrated success managing and growing multiple home care agencies or a large, high-performing home care organization. Proven ability to develop Executive Directors and leadership teams. Demonstrated success improving financial performance across multiple operating locations. Extensive knowledge of private-duty home care operations. Exceptional expertise in caregiver recruiting, retention, scheduling, marketing, referral development, and sales. Strong financial management experience with multi-site P&L responsibility. Outstanding leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills. Highly Desired Experience Strong knowledge of the broader healthcare continuum—including hospitals, assisted living communities, independent living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation providers, hospice organizations, physicians, discharge planners, and case managers. Experience leading multiple branch operations, standardizing operations across locations, integrating acquisitions, or opening new agencies is highly desirable. Success will be measured by sustained year-over-year revenue growth, profitability, caregiver retention, employee engagement, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, leadership development, and the overall performance of the assigned portfolio.
