Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and devise tailored therapy strategies to support their functional aspirations
• Implement Effective Interventions: Employ evidence-based methodologies to bolster patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living capabilities
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Engage with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, along with physicians and nursing staff to provide thorough, well-rounded care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers in therapy techniques to ensure sustained progress beyond treatment
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and fine-tune treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the right path

Education & Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and certifications following graduation are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
