Commercial Property Manager

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of a dynamic portfolio. Position Overview: The Commercial Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant relationships for a portfolio of commercial properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering best-in-class service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of commercial office, retail, and/or industrial properties Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and capital plans Analyze financial reports, variances, and implement strategies to maximize NOI Lead lease administration including review, interpretation, and enforcement of lease terms Negotiate vendor contracts and manage third-party service providers Oversee property maintenance, capital improvements, and construction projects Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to support retention and satisfaction Coordinate with leasing teams to support marketing and occupancy goals Prepare monthly and quarterly ownership reports with strategic insights Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs Manage CAM reconciliations and expense controls Identify value-add opportunities and operational efficiencies Respond to tenant issues promptly and professionally Qualifications: More than four (4) years of experience in managing office, retail, mixed use and industrial buildings Three (3) to four (4) years of experience using industry software such as AppFolio, Yardi or equivalent Property Management software, Resident Screening Software and intermediate level user of business applications such as Google Suite Strong working knowledge Fair Housing requirements Physical Requirements: Frequently move/traverse, ascend/descend stairs in/around apartment homes and community Constantly operates computer and other office machinery Constantly positions self to bend, stoop, reach, lift Occasionally lift/move/carry up to 25lbs with/without assistance Constantly communicate, converse and exchange information with coworkers, vendors, residents and visitors Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
