Assistant Commercial Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager – Commercial/Retail – Los Angeles, CA Prepare Tenant correspondence Assist in collection of delinquent rent and other charges Assist with preparation and review of common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations Maintain and update vendor contracts and promotional agreements Code and process invoices for payment Assists with management reports Responsible for processing of lease related documents Assist with preparation of budget Assist with capital repair bidding and coordination Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience 2-3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a retail center Demonstrated experience with property management software Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Strategies
