HOST/HOSTESS DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must have 2 years + experience in a fast paced NYC restaurant as a Host
- Experience working with OpenTable is preferred
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Can multi-task and problem solve
- Be warm, professional, knowledgeable and have excellent communication skills
- Accommodate guests by making each individual feel welcome

The American restaurant is helmed by Food Network star and Executive Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, who uses greenmarket offerings to create a seasonal menu. Butter began as Guarnaschellis' first restaurant as executive chef, and she has gone on to create a following for herself worldwide. The dining room at Butter offers a unique atmosphere and decor.
