Are you an Electrical Engineer with building services design experience looking to take the lead on your own designs and progress toward partnership and part-ownership of the business?

In this role, you will take ownership of electrical design across a broad portfolio of building projects. You will analyse project scopes, establish design parameters, and develop the systems before handing drawings to the drafting team to produce. You will work alongside the wider electrical department, attend project meetings, review deliverables, and carry out occasional site surveys, with full support toward your PE if you are not already licensed.

This role is perfect for an Electrical Engineer with building services design experience, looking for autonomy, high-visibility work, and a defined path to partnership.

The Role:

• Taking the lead on electrical design across a varied portfolio of building projects.
• Analysing project scopes, setting design parameters, and handing designs to the drafting team.
• Attending project meetings, reviewing deliverables, and carrying out site surveys.

The Person:

• Electrical design experience within building services or MEP
• Able to own designs from scope through to drawing
• PE or working toward it, with CAD and Revit experience
