Your Role Clinical Supervision: Supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery for your client caseload. Treatment Planning: Develop, oversee, and individualize behavior analytic treatment plans. Assessments & Data: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and make data-driven treatment adjustments. Caregiver Support: Provide meaningful parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization. Staff Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and train clinical staff while ensuring strict BACB compliance. Collaboration: Partner closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals for optimal outcomes.
