Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Launch training program Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties Represent sellers and buyers in negotiating offers Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Host a minimum of two open houses each month Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines Actively participate in team meetings and events following team protocols Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their homes Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to listings Compensation $75,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
