Production Worker - 1st Shift

$18.5 per hour

Summary:Do you enjoy hands-on work? The QTI Group is recruiting for full time, 1st Shift candidates to rebuild and refurbish steel crates at a growing company in Mayville. Our client is a supplier for many established companies, including John Deere, Ariens, and BMW. Apply today! Don't forget to ask about our $100 referral program bonus.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities: Inspect crate, replace damaged cotter pins by pulling old out with pliers, pushing a new pin into the hole

Use a hoist to lift and guide steel crate onto a conveyor that takes crate automatically through a washer

Operate hand tools such as grinders, drills, sandblasters, scraping tools, and spray paint containers

Qualifications: Able to work in a team environment

Able to stand the entire shift

Familiar with the use of hand and air tools

Other skills sets apply: production associate, crate repair, construction, grinder, general labor
