Delivery Specialist

Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $16.37 - $21.40 per hour, with additional premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Responsibilities Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently. Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, complete daily vehicle inspections, and record fuel usage. Keep vehicles clean, secure, and well‑maintained; secure keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices, and collected money. Pick up customer returns (new items, warranties, cores) and complete driver return slips. Communicate customer issues or special needs to store management. Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately. Ensure fuel tanks are filled and vehicles are locked at day’s end. Clock in/out as per company policy. Perform additional duties assigned, including customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, errands, core returns, and cashier tasks when needed. Skills & Qualifications Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Adaptability to changing delivery situations. Valid state driver’s license and a driving record meeting the company’s 14‑18‑point system. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired). Familiarity with automotive parts a plus.
