Overview Sales Associate is a frontline team member who helps bring sneaker culture to life in a fun, welcoming way for customers of all ages. This role is all about connecting with kids and families, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive, high‑energy store experience that makes everyone feel excited to shop. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Customer Experience & Sales Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop. Help customers build head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and mandatory add‑ons. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and helping customers find what they’ll love. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time. Store Ops & Execution Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining the fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready. Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and products. Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times. Teamwork & Culture Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals. Take part in training and coaching, learning, growing, and leveling up. Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team‑oriented environment. Have a solution‑oriented mindset. Jump in where needed to support the team. Qualifications Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture. Comfortable speaking with people and helping customers. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn.
